Gulmarg is also a very beautiful place having snow dressed mountains, lakes, greenery, pine & fir forests and different types of flowers. It is a snug in the valley of a beautiful range. The name itself means the meadows of flowers and people will come across a lot of meadows decorated with daisies. Gulmarg is also known as the best skiing destination in Asia. having the highest golf course in the world as well as the highest cable car project. - Sonmarg
Sonmarg is known as meadows of gold and is one of the best tourist places in Jammu and Kashmir for sightseeing and adventure. Its beautiful landscape is marked by glaciers of forests and snow capped mountains. There are three great lakes in Kashmir and they are- Kishansar, Vishansar and Gadsar. - Verinag
Verinag is a small and beautiful town in the district of Anantnag where the Verinag spring is a very attractive place. The spring is the only source of the river Jhelum. The stone arcade in the surroundings is built by Jahangir while the beautiful garden beside it is built by Shah Jahan.
- Srinagar
Srinagar is also an attractive place to visit in Jammu and Kashmir and it is the most popular tourist and honeymoon destinations. Srinagar is also called as the land of gardens and lakes because of the presence of mughal gardens, religious and historical sites as well as Dal and Nagin lakes.
